Fire & Security Service Engineer (CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Intruder Alarms) - Southwest

Job Overview:

Our client, a reputable company, is seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join their team in the Southwest region. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Fire, and Intruder Alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of IP CCTV, Access Control, Fire, and Intruder Alarm systems
  2. Field-based role, covering multiple sites
  3. Working with various manufacturers' brands
  4. Ensuring high standards of work quality
  5. Maintaining effective communication with customers at all times
  6. Completing tasks efficiently
  7. Providing support to team members when needed

Requirements:

  1. Full UK driving licence or equivalent (Essential)
  2. Motivation and enthusiasm to seize opportunities
  3. Ideally, a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Security Industry (Desirable, but not essential)
  4. Open to applicants with experience in one or more disciplines, with a willingness to undergo training
  5. Familiarity with various manufacturers' systems
  6. Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS/ECS, FIA, and/or City & Guilds
  7. A positive attitude and strong self-motivation are essential
