Join our team of experienced lawyers at Goldman Sachs Bank AG and take on a challenging role as a Senior Lawyer in our EMEA Remuneration Regulation team. In this position, you will provide strategic and technical advice on EMEA remuneration regulation, design and develop new incentive and reward structures, and collaborate with members of the Human Capital Management leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on the design and development of new incentive and reward structures in light of applicable EMEA law and financial services regulation
  • Collaborating with members of HCM leadership and advising them on Board Remuneration Committee materials and remuneration governance
  • Presenting to the Board Remuneration Committees across EMEA
  • Advising on and assisting with maintaining excellent regulatory relationships

Requirements:

  • 7 years+ PQE
  • UK and EU incentives and remuneration regulation experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentational skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business groups; ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • A commitment to excellence; highly motivated and proactive; ability to respond calmly and creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent judgment and ability to assess risks; keen business acumen
