About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CCTV Retail Security Officer to join our team at Corn Exchange in Manchester. As a CCTV Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor CCTV systems to detect and prevent security breaches.
  2. Work closely with the site control room to respond to incidents and ensure a safe environment.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and staff.
  4. Adhere to site and company policies and procedures.
  5. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a retail environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
