We are seeking a skilled and experienced kitchen team leader to join our team at Ye Olde Griffin Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced chef to take on a senior role within our kitchen team. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard
