To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services at the National Exhibition Centre. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and customer excellence are achieved, and services are delivered to agreed standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, and cleaning toilets, facilities, organisers offices, exhibition halls, and public circulation areas.
  • Wear full uniform and P.P.E during shifts and ensure cleaning equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • Report faulty equipment to your team leader/supervisor and attend training as required.
  • Report all accidents and dangerous occurrences to your team leader/supervisor.
  • Keep gangways, bars, restaurants, and all areas relating to the exhibitions clean and litter-free at all times.
  • Responsible for keeping all public toilets and circulation areas clean, tidy, and free from litter at all times, including lifts, stairs, escalators, and travelators on piazza and atrium.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
  • Positive can-do attitude, attention to detail, assertiveness, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential.
