Job Summary:

As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals. You will work closely with participants to understand their strengths, skills, and aspirations, and develop personalized plans to help them secure sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance, motivation, and support to help them overcome barriers to work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, employers, and other stakeholders to promote employment opportunities.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor progress and adjust support plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a high-quality service.
  • Stay up-to-date with local labour market trends and employment opportunities to inform support plans.

  • A competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience).

Requirements:
  • A good working knowledge of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations.

  • Full driving licence.
