Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance, motivation, and support to help them overcome barriers to work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, employers, and other stakeholders to promote employment opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a high-quality service.
- Stay up-to-date with local labour market trends and employment opportunities to inform support plans.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience).
