A&P Group is seeking a skilled Tug Engineer to join our team at our Falmouth facility. As a Tug Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 cover to meet the needs of customers requiring towage services.
You will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient, environmentally sound, and safe operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment on board our vessels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in harbour-based operations and coastal towage. You will be responsible for ordering machinery parts and engine room supplies, and will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our vessels.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, as well as attractive benefits including 25 days annual leave, 4% pension contribution, and company Health shield and death in service benefit.
Due to the nature of our work, some roles may be subject to security control restrictions. All successful candidates must achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance.
