Are you passionate about education and looking for a challenging role where you can make a real difference in students' lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Tutor to join our team at QA Ltd in London.

This is a permanent full-time position based at Northumbria University London Campus. As a Graduate Tutor, you will play a key role in supporting students as a personal tutor and providing appropriate, accessible, and effective support to them either directly or by signposting them to the advice and support available to them.

You will also assist and facilitate students in creative studios to deliver a highly innovative learning environment on the flagship MSc Business With programme. The programme is accredited by AACSB, and the International Business Simulation is a newly designed, skills-based module delivering opportunities for authentic, simulated learning.

We are looking for someone with experience of teaching in a studio or small group teaching at university level, preferably in business subjects. You should also have experience of conducting research on student learning styles, success, and performance, as well as international postgraduate students, especially those studying in London, UK.

A bachelor's degree is required, but a master's degree is preferred. Additionally, you should be willing to pursue doctoral education and have a willingness to work towards becoming a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).

As a Graduate Tutor, you will receive full training on the simulation software, and we offer excellent benefits, including a salary range of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
