Full-Time Bike Technician

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bike Technician to join our team at Decathlon UK. As a key member of our cycling department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers leave the store with a smile on their face.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs on bicycles, ensuring all work is of the highest quality and meets our customer's expectations.
- Manage and control our bike stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about cycling and has a strong background in bike repairs and maintenance. If you're a problem solver, a creative thinker, and a people person with a high sense of service, we'd love to hear from you.
**Requirements**
- Cytech certified or equivalent experience in bike repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Invested in ongoing learning and development, with a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
