Salary: £43,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Description: As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home. You will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in leading the team, managing daily tasks, and maintaining high standards of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering exceptional care, a strong leadership style, and excellent communication skills. You should hold a relevant qualification in care management, such as a Diploma in Management or equivalent.
