About the Role

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team at Gray Healthcare, supporting an individual with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support to individuals with similar needs and a strong understanding of PBS approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support to the individual, promoting independence and community engagement.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the clinical team.
  • Contribute to a mixed team providing 24-hour support, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Knowledge of PBS approaches and ability to implement them in practice.
  • Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK.

Training and Development

Gray Healthcare provides an initial week of training, including online and in-person training on PROACT-SCIPr-UK and person-centred training. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available to support career growth.

Shift Patterns

  • 3 x day shifts, 08:00-20:00, £10.90 per hour.
  • 1 x sleep shift, 20:00-08:00, £126 per night.
  • Bank shifts, flexible for days or nights.
