Race Purchasing Coordinator

At Triumph Motorcycles, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Procurement team as a Race Purchasing Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting race team purchasing activities, including liaising with Racing Operations, Race Engineering, and Procurement to develop race procurement strategies and ensure timely delivery of all parts supply.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing timing plans and sourcing initiatives to support on-time delivery of race programmes
  • Reducing development lead-times of new model parts
  • Facilitating the introduction of new market technologies to our products
  • Identifying and onboarding suitable suppliers
  • Developing collaborative relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly self-motivated and resilient, and have the ability to work independently managing time and tasks to tight deadlines.

They will also be proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have a methodical approach to organization.

As a key member of our Procurement team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of our procurement strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality parts supply to our race teams.
