About the Role

We're seeking a talented Makeup Artist to join our team at Trinny London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer, and embodying Trinny London's brand and style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct all types of services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring a seamless Trinny London Match2Me experience for all customers.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your expertise with each customer and priding yourself on building strong relationships.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs, staying motivated by the buzz of achieving your goals.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, continually improving your product knowledge and artistry.
  • Drive sales to reach daily and monthly targets, working towards and exceeding goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and data capture skills.
  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Positive and can-do attitude, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
