Care4health LTD is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community Learning Disabilities Team. This is a community-based role that involves working across various settings, including patients' homes, day services, respite, and leisure facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients with learning disabilities in community settings
  • Conduct falls and mobility assessments
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working with patients with learning disabilities
  • Transferable skills in Neurology, MSK, and respiratory
