Key Responsibilities:- Manage Day-to-Day Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare Financial Statements and Budgets: Develop and maintain monthly financial statements, budget forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, including tax filings and financial audits, while developing and maintaining effective internal controls.
- Collaborate with Department Heads: Streamline processes, optimize profitability, and identify cost-saving opportunities by working closely with department heads.
