Marketing Manager Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to drive our e-commerce and performance marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing daily marketing operations, collaborating with our founder and operations director, and delivering exceptional online experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute daily digital operations across e-commerce, performance, and email marketing to drive sales growth and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement a smooth and exciting customer journey through best-in-class UX, UI, and navigation on our website.
  • Collaborate closely with our Brand and Content Manager to secure the right level of content for our marketing channels.
  • Align our digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions.
  • Oversee performance marketing channel activity, ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimizations.
  • Contribute to the development of our overall marketing budget and its management.
  • Lead and manage external digital agencies for performance marketing and web development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably in a senior assistant role for a fashion business.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert insight into action.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
  • Solid experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with excellent written English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software is a plus.
