About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at WCI Sewage Treatment Ltd. as a key member of our water management team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a range of turnkey construction projects, utilizing your knowledge of sewage treatment and water management processes to develop creative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare estimates, and document project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in water management and sewage treatment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the water and wastewater sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
