Spectrum Fibre Limited T/A Ogi is seeking a skilled Fibre Installation Specialist to join our team in South Wales.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires experience in fibre installation services, including FTTP installation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring customer satisfaction with fibre installation services
  2. Conducting risk assessments and method statements for job-specific tasks
  3. Carrying out underground and overhead installations
  4. Undertaking small civils works
  5. Ensuring first-time connections and customer service at the time of leaving premises
