Job Title: Lead Dental Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the practice, upholding high standards of patient care, and supporting the development and management of the dental nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the dental nursing team to ensure excellent patient care and high-quality treatment outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of the practice.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive and personalized care to patients.
  • Recruit, train, and develop dental nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a dental practice.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing dental nursing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, including health and safety, data protection, and patient confidentiality.
