Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end project management of large-scale real estate projects, ensuring compliance with NEC standards.

This involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with public sector stakeholders and airport authorities to align project objectives, schedules, and regulatory requirements.

Regular project status reviews will be conducted, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project progress.

The role requires managing contract administration, including risk management, cost control, and dispute resolution.

Effective leadership and guidance will be provided to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.

Strict compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout project phases will be ensured.

A strong client relationship will be developed and maintained, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
  • Must have project management experience in real estate, with a strong background in NEC contract administration;
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects in the public sector, ideally within airport infrastructure;
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within large-scale construction projects;
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with experience in risk management and conflict resolution;
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory compliance standards, especially in public sector and aviation projects.

Benefits:

For roles overseas in the Gulf, either Saudi, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or Qatar, we will provide visa support if required.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
