About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with Vistry Group PLC's safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project's success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that their needs are met and that the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, minutes, and correspondence, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
  • First Aid at Work certificate.
  • NVQ L6 or equivalent qualification.

Desirable

  • Valid LOLER certificate.
  • Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate.
  • Qualified to MCIOB Grade.
  • Ability to create and present using PowerPoint.
  • Asta Power Project Temp Works Coordinator.
  • Previously completed projects 15 stories +.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and building legislation.
