Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our close-knit team and work on client-focused solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be guided and supported by an Associate and given a good breadth of projects to run, including a nice diversity between pre- and post-contract work. These projects will provide you with a great platform to build your career in a progressive, people-centric company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying, with a good grounding in the built environment, ideally within a client or consultancy. You should be capable and competent in running your own project portfolio and reporting on them to internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that you have worked with JCT or potentially NEC forms of contract. Ideally, you will be professionally qualified or wish to gain your Membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
