We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director. As a member of the Board, you will help shape the future of tennis in Wales and contribute to our mission to transform Welsh communities through tennis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working at a senior level within an organisation, with a strong understanding of governance principles and practices. They will be able to provide specialist advice and support to the Board, using their professional skills to benefit the organisation.

This is a non-salaried position, but travel and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed for attendance at official meetings and events on behalf of Tennis Wales. The term of office is for three years initially, with a maximum of two, three-year terms.

You will be responsible for guiding and supporting the Chief Executive and executive team on strategic projects related to Tennis Wales, and providing oversight in relation to finance and risk management.
