Job Title: Hospitality Education Specialist

At North Hertfordshire College, we are seeking a skilled Hospitality Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional learning experiences to our students.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced educator with a strong background in hospitality and catering. You will be responsible for teaching and assessing courses from level 1 to level 3, as well as contributing to the delivery of personal and academic tutorial sessions. Your expertise in planning and delivering outstanding catering and hospitality training programmes and workshops will be invaluable to our students.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also support the college's efforts to maintain a safe learning environment and promote learner progress. Your ability to identify and lead commercial opportunities that increase income will be essential to the success of our programmes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Wide experience at different levels in the Hospitality & Catering Industry.
  • Front of House roles, Back of House roles or both.
  • GCSE A*-C or equivalent in maths and English, degree or equivalent industry-based qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Award in Education and Training (AET) or Diploma in Education and Training (DET).
  • IT applications including online portfolio systems.

**Estimated Salary Range:** £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
