London Office Cleaning Operations Supervisor Job

We are Bluestorm Limited, a rapidly growing tech-led commercial cleaning company based in London, which prioritizes exceptional customer care and values our employees. We are seeking an experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our clients across various areas of the city.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company that prides itself on its exceptional customer service and employee appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cover cleaners' absences and meet client expectations by ensuring high-quality cleans.
  2. Pick up keys from offices and drop off to cleaners, maintaining seamless communication.
  3. Train new cleaners, ensuring they understand our standards and procedures.
  4. Conduct regular Health and Safety checks to guarantee a secure working environment.
  5. Support cleaners in using our time sheet system, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  6. Perform spot checks to ensure cleans meet our high standards and address any issues promptly.
  7. Liaise with clients to resolve conflicts and provide updates on account requirements.
  8. Purchase equipment as needed and deliver it to client sites, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  9. In situations where necessary, take on cleans personally, showcasing your ability to adapt and deliver results.

  • Availability for late afternoons and evenings, ready to respond to standby calls.
  • Flexibility with your time and willingness to tackle challenges across London.
  • Excellent English language skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and management teams.
  • A recent DBS certificate, ensuring a safe and trustworthy working environment.
  • The capacity to receive instructions and report to management via video or audio calls, demonstrating your adaptability and team spirit.

This position starts with 3 hours of evening work, offering a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus opportunities for further ad-hoc hours. Additionally, there is scope for career progression into a management trainee position in the future.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
