About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Aspens Services Ltd. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team in providing excellent food and service to our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a catering or food service environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.44
  • Part-time hours of 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday during school term time
