As a Theatre Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing post-operative care and monitoring patients' recovery in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Theatre team to ensure smooth operations and make influential decisions with autonomy and support. To succeed in this role, you will need valid NMC registration and evidence of relevant clinical professional development. Additionally, you should have 12 months experience in a theatre setting and awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
