About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate and Development Law Specialist to join our client's team in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced solicitors to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our client's business.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing expert legal advice on real estate and development matters, including property acquisitions, lease agreements, and planning permissions. As a Real Estate and Development Law Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex property transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex property transactions
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on real estate and development matters
  • Draft contracts and negotiate with clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful as a Real Estate and Development Law Specialist, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of real estate and development law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary:

£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
