About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, providing an exceptional brand experience. Your day will be varied, fast-paced, and fun, with a focus on styling customers, maintaining the store's aesthetic, and handling customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Style our customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge and providing a personalized experience.
• Maintain the store's visual appeal, ensuring product is readily available and floor sets are upheld to the highest standard.
• Handle and respond to customer inquiries, emails, chats, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Empower customers to make informed purchasing decisions, while retaining their loyalty and trust.
• Work in partnership with our specialist customer experience team leaders to deliver exceptional service and resolve complex customer queries.
