We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live safe and fulfilled lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in a residential setting.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in a UK-based setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
