Commercial Gas Installation Engineer

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas Installation Engineer / Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of commercial gas systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission commercial gas systems, including boilers, burners, heaters, and other gas appliances.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
  • Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to determine installation requirements and potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gas installations, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including installation records, test certificates, and compliance reports.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients and colleagues as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Full Commercial Gas Qualifications
  • UK Drivers Licence
  • Clean DBS
