Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic nursing leader to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and working alongside the Deputy Manager to ensure the efficient running of our care home in Armagh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nursing and care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Ensure all staff are registered on the live register with the NMC and NISCC, and have the correct authority and legal right to work in Northern Ireland.
- Carry out pre-employment checks, including references, prior to staff arriving on site.
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained to meet the needs of residents, and adjust as necessary.
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a uniformly high standard of resident care and nursing practice.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a nursing home.
- An active and clean NMC pin.

- A competitive salary of £54,000 to £60,000 per annum.
