About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced social workers who are passionate about working in a collaborative environment, providing holistic support to individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions that promote mental wellbeing and empower individuals to take control of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, providing person-centered care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers to develop and implement strength-based, personalized plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying strengths and needs, and developing effective intervention strategies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing your expertise and knowledge to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Registered Professional Social Work Qualification (Diploma or Degree).
  • AMHP qualification and registration with Social Work England.
  • Enhanced DBS check and ability to work autonomously.
