Our vision and mission are clear: to promote excellence, collaboration, and scholarship across the continuum of health professions education. To achieve this, we require an experienced Administrative Manager for Committees and Awards to support our Senior Management Team in maintaining a robust governance framework aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance Administration: Assist the CEO and Senior Management Team in maintaining a strong governance framework, preparing meeting agendas, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Committee Management and Administration: Coordinate committee meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up actions, ensuring effective operation of governance processes within AMEE.
  • Awards and Grants Programme Management: Oversee our Awards and Grants Programme, ensuring transparent processes, alignment with strategic objectives, and compliance with governance and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive administrative experience, preferably in governance or compliance-focused roles, with proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 FTE, 5% pension contribution, one day paid volunteering day each calendar year, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and membership of Medicash.
