About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity, and supporting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide expert clinical nursing, including medication management, wound care, and infection prevention and control
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
