Role Overview
The Financial Position Monitor at CME Group is responsible for monitoring the financial performance of clearing members and identifying potential risks. This role involves working closely with clearing member firms to implement risk mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with Exchange rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is also crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor clearing member firm positions and identify potential risks.
  2. Implement risk mitigation strategies with clearing member firms.
  3. Produce reports on reconciliations, delivery information, and clearing member position data.
  4. Collaborate with the Clearinghouse risk team to address delivery support, assess delivery wherewithal, and manage risk exposure.

Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
