Job Summary:

This is a physical role with many manual handling operations within a given shift, running various material flow processes to enable our internal customer operations. Training will be given on each process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out multiple material flow processes to fulfill the production teams' supermarkets, stock replenishment, Kanbans, and waste removal needs.
  • Operate cardboard cutting machines and replenishment process.
  • Follow electronic work flows to enable material flow, such as bar code scanning and MRP processes.
  • Work safely and follow all site HSE guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A practical 'hands on' approach with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow time bound Standard Work instructions.
  • Attention to detail, ability to maintain focus and resolve problems to demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and working on a task rotation basis.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Valid Counterbalance Truck training recognized by an accredited training body and ability to demonstrate recent experience.
  • Full driving license.
