Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at PIB Group. This role will provide client service support and assistance to Account Handlers, working closely with the Service Delivery team to develop and improve client outcomes and working processes.

Responsibilities

  • Input new business, amendments, and renewals on Acturis to maintain accurate records, adhering to operational procedures.
  • Produce supporting documentation to a high standard and within set timescales.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, working as part of a team to deliver a professional service.
  • Provide administrative support to the account handling community, enabling them to focus on client-facing growth activities.
  • Adhere to Group policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Respond professionally, promptly, and with precision to work requests.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prioritise tasks in line with compliance, FCA regulations, and business policies and procedures, with a focus on putting the client at the heart of everything you do.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C including English and Maths.
  • Client service and administrative experience, adhering to processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, to support client service delivery.
  • A basic understanding of the broking insurance market and the role of regulation and compliance (desirable but not essential).
  • Organised with good time management skills, working to agreed priorities.
  • Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal colleagues.
  • Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite and operational use of Acturis (desirable but not essential).
