About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensing Solicitor to join our team at Flint Bishop. As a key member of our Licensing team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-calibre cases and manage your own caseload independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of high-calibre work and clients confidentially
  • Prepare and submit licensing applications
  • Liaise with Licensing Authorities and other Responsible Authorities
  • Deal with consulting queries and provide advice to clients
  • Handle confidential information and conduct legal research
  • Assist other team members as needed and contribute to marketing and business development efforts

Requirements

  • Minimum 2:1 law degree
  • 2 years PQE as a Licensing Solicitor or equivalent experience in a paralegal role
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems and processes, including the Microsoft suite
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a larger team and disclose information as required
