Job Title: Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at THE RECRUITMENT DUO. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of multiple monthly payrolls for 1500 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Payroll Controller in processing starter, leaver, amendments, absence, overtime, statutory payments, and pensions.
  • Deal with discrepancies and operate as the point of contact for queries.
  • Support the monthly financial accounting requirements of the business, including report generation, producing weekly/monthly payroll journals, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee the running of the Company Pension Schemes.
  • Perform general payroll administration duties, including updating payroll records.
  • Prepare reports by compiling data from various sources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficient in payroll software and systems.
