Project Lead - Mechanical Engineering and Technology:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team at Armstrong Integrated Limited. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex mechanical engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex mechanical engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with mechanical designs and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Substantial work experience in mechanical project engineering, particularly within project-focused environments such as construction, manufacturing, or energy.
  • Certifications: PMP, AGPM, or Prince 2.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Droitwich Spa, UK (with travel to customer sites within the EMEA region).
