About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Deputy Care Manager to join our team at Domus Recruitment. As a Deputy Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Registered Manager in delivering exceptional care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Domiciliary Care service.
  • Lead a team of 20 care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to raise brand awareness and promote our services.
  • Recruit and manage new care staff, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year Deputy Manager experience in Home Care.
  • Willingness to work towards or have achieved a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
