Senior Director/VP, Strategy and Portfolio Management
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director or VP of Strategy and Portfolio Management to join our team at Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our research strategy and driving the development of novel cell therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for our cell therapy portfolio, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the development of novel cell therapies, from concept to commercialization.
- Collaborate with our scientific leadership to identify and prioritize research opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of innovative therapies.
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics to drive business growth and success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts.
Requirements
