About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Credit Administrator to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our global Client Administration function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the London office adheres to Firm policy, rules, and regulations regarding Client Credit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Client Administration records and database
  • Develop and maintain several monthly reports
  • Understand the Client Administration initiative and make informed decisions
  • Ensure processes are followed in accordance with global Client Administration guidelines
  • Prioritize specialized Client Administration projects and develop databases for accurate record keeping
  • Conduct research on Firm industry key clients to rationalize Client Administration allocation
  • Identify and prioritize resolution of incorrect allocations
  • Liaise with the global Client Administration team in Chicago to resolve aged inquiries
  • Actively review and prioritize backlog of outstanding inquiries to ensure award of arrangements
  • Consult with Partners face-to-face on a regular basis to gather information and prepare summaries for the Client Administration Manager
Essential Criteria
  • Significant business administrative experience
  • Previous experience in Finance (full training will be provided)
  • Good academic credentials (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels and develop strong relationships with Partners and Associates
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with spreadsheets
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and work calmly under pressure
