Job Title: Multiskilled Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at Graft Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.
  • Arrange and plan sub-contractors PPM visits to meet scheduled works requirements.
  • Swiftly remedy plant faults and defects to maintain plant in serviceable order.
  • Ensure suitable spares are available for maintenance and reactive works.
  • Develop a good working relationship with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Keep the Computer Based Maintenance system up to date and close out PPM and reactive jobs with accurate data.
  • Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
  • Supervise and monitor sub-contractors works while on site.
Accountabilities:
  • Reporting to the Contract Manager.
  • Working collaboratively as part of the team.
Requirements:
  • A good basic education is essential.
  • Recognised qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC engineering.
Desirable:
  • HVAC training.
  • NVQ in Mechanical engineering.
