About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Pizzaiolo who can work the kitchen the Neapolitan way. Our Pizzaiolos are the first ingredients in creating the perfect pizza. If you have a passion for Neapolitan techniques and pizza, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Experience in using pizza ovens.
  • Confidence in all things dough.
  • Neapolitan experience or a willingness to learn the niche.
