Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Property Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly successful and supportive law firm, specializing in agricultural property law. As an Agricultural Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload, advising clients on complex farm and agricultural property transactions, including listed buildings, high-value rural residential properties, and unregistered land.

You will work closely with other departments, including real estate, energy, and planning, to provide comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including farming families, landed estates, investors, banks, and private individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload, advising on complex farm and agricultural property transactions
  • Advise on support payments and tenancies, rights of way, environmental issues, and all aspects of the sale, purchase, and mortgaging of agricultural land and farms
  • Work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive advice to clients
  • Advise a wide range of clients, including farming families, landed estates, investors, banks, and private individuals
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year of property experience, ideally including HNW and/or agricultural/rural property matters
  • Candidates with agricultural experience from smaller practices and looking to step up are welcome to apply
