Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team and contribute to our continued growth journey in the fragrance and skincare industry.

As a Fragrance Associate, you will be responsible for providing warm, friendly, and professional service to our customers, while maintaining the Bath & Body Works experience. This includes passionately advising and selling products, and being an ambassador for the brand.

About the Role:

  • Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience, including advising and selling products, and maintaining the store space.
  • Love all things fragrance and skincare, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with market trends.
  • Offer warm, friendly, and professional service at all times, helping customers find the perfect gifts and products.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Bath & Body Works training and take control of your own development.
  • Maintain health and safety policies for our team and customers.

About You:

  • Possess a passion for promoting fragrance and skincare, and a keen interest in helping customers.
  • Be a great communicator, always looking for ways to help.
  • Be friendly, calm, and efficient, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be excited about the challenge of a varied and dynamic job.
  • Be flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements. Candidates are encouraged to consider their own right to work options without sponsorship.
