Job Summary: As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and support to our service users. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to our service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene
  • Supporting service users with medication management
  • Encouraging and enabling service users to participate in community-based activities


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a patient and empathetic approach to care. No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. What's more, you'll receive a £300 joining bonus when you become a part of our team (applicable for full-time applications only).

Salary and Benefits: Our Support Workers enjoy a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, rising to £11.80 after completing our paid-for-care certificate. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including compensation for completing e-learning, Hastee Pay, 28 holidays, and more.
