About the Role

This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse on our general surgical ward, you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong time management and organizational abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with surgical needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of ward policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must hold active UK NMC registration and possess previous experience working in a ward environment. Desirable qualities include having taken charge of a ward or department and being able to speak Welsh, although English-speaking applicants are also welcome.
